Our pension fund protects you and your loved ones against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death.<\/p>\n<p>We offer our members various options to ensure that we will meet your specific pension requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choice between three contributions tables<\/li>\n<li>Early or deferred retirement (from age 58 to age 70)<\/li>\n<li>AHV bridging pension starting at age 63 [until 2028]<\/li>\n<li>Choice between pension and lump-sum capital<\/li>\n<li>Option to increase the partner\u2019s pension<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which portion of the annual salary does the Pension Fund insure?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5860 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hitachigroupvorsorge.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Hitachi-Group_PK_vers.-Lohn_2024_E-600x378.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The maximum <strong>salary insured<\/strong> by the Pension Fund is <strong>CHF 109,620<\/strong> (max. annual salary of CHF 136,080 less coordination deduction of CHF 26,460). In the case of members who work part-time, the maximum coordination deduction is weighted by the employment level.<\/p>\n<p>Any portion of the salary above this amount is insured by the Supplementary
