Il est possible de percevoir ou de mettre en gage son capital \u00e9pargne pour l\u2019acquisition ou la construction d\u2019un logement en propri\u00e9t\u00e9, pour une participation \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du logement ou pour le remboursement int\u00e9gral ou partiel de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8que.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les conditions les plus importantes pour le versement anticip\u00e9 ou la mise en gage sont les suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous devez habiter vous-m\u00eame l\u2019immeuble.<\/li>\n<li>Le montant minimal d\u2019un versement anticip\u00e9 est de 20\u00a0000 CHF.<\/li>\n<li>Un versement anticip\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 que tous les cinq ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un versement anticip\u00e9 ou une mise en gage \u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9duit le capital \u00e9pargne et influence le montant des prestations.
