La mise en \u0153uvre du principe du d\u00e9veloppement durable s\u2019oriente ici selon les conditions sp\u00e9cifiques du march\u00e9 pour chaque cat\u00e9gorie de placement (placements traditionnels, immeubles, private equity).<\/p>\n<p>Pour les placements traditionnels, la Caisse de pension renonce \u00e0 investir dans les entreprises violant les principes de durabilit\u00e9 reconnus en Suisse et \u00e0 l\u2019international. Les gestionnaires de fortune charg\u00e9s des investissements ont ratifi\u00e9 les principes de l\u2019ONU pour l\u2019investissement responsable (PRI). Les fondations d\u2019investissement Avadis sont par ailleurs membres de Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF). Les groupes de placement Avadis excluent les investissements dans des entreprises en lien avec des armes interdites (Conventions d\u2019Oslo et d\u2019Ottawa). Pour le reste, la liste d\u2019exclusion de l\u2019Association suisse pour des investissements responsables (ASIR) s\u2019applique.<\/p>\n<p>Aupr\u00e8s de la Caisse de pension, 100% du groupe de placement Actions monde hedged index\u00e9 sont investis dans le produit Actions monde CO\u2082 Selection hedged index\u00e9. Ce groupe de placement vise une r\u00e9duction sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50% des \u00e9missions de carbone par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019indice de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. La Caisse de pension exerce les droits de vote pour tous les groupes de placement en actions par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant et, dans le m\u00eame temps, engage le dialogue
